I know it’s been awhile, However I got a new job so I have been Busy/
Friday Night
“Marie stop wiggling I am almost done.” Aélita demanded.
“Sorry, I’m just nervous.”
“I know baby doll, but when I get through you are gonna look drop dead gorgeous.”

Marie turned around and looked in the mirror and gasped, she knew her friend was good at makeup but she had somehow managed to turn her into a goddess. “I look like a goddess or at least how I imagine they would look.” Looking at her reflection she almost found it hard to believe it was really herself. About an hour and a half later
“Jer, you need to loosen up have a little fun.” Theo said as they stood next to the bar, looking out over the crowd.

At that moment Theo noticed Aélita and Marie walk into the bar and had to contain his gasp. They both looked amazing. Now he had to figure out how to subtly point Jeremy’s attention in their direction. It was only about 2330 PM, so they should still be open, the place staid open late on the weekends. “Nice.” Then he turned the radio to the country station.

She had to laugh at that. “Where are we going?” she asked when she noticed they had just passed her Hotel that was already on the outskirts of town.

About an hour and a half later
“Oh my I am so full.” Marie said. “I may have to come back later and try to sweet talk them for the recipe of that burger; I think I could make it a seller at my place.”
“That’s right, almost forgot you own the little bistro, how is business doing?”
“Good for the most part. We get by enough to keep the bill collectors away.” She beamed. “That place is my everything, I don’t know what I would do if I lost it.”

After paying for the meal, they got back in the truck and headed to her hotel, he smiled when he realized she was staying at the same one as Theo. “Did Theo know you were here?”
“Yeah, I ran into him literally yesterday morning, when I was heading to the grocery store to get food for the week.”
With a shake of his head Jer parked the truck and went to help her out, after making sure it was locked he followed her to the room. When he stepped inside he whistled. “Nice.”

“You may not have to worry for a while.”
“Why is that?”
“Well they were both heavily intoxicated, but Theo asked her to go to Montana with him and she said yes.”

“Yep, I can’t wait to see Marie freak out because she won’t have a waitress if Aélita goes with him, and then she’ll beg me to do it. But anyways, I am headed to bed. Sorry I startled you.”
“It’s all good.” Jer replied then went back into the room with Marie. Seeing that she was asleep, he turned the TV off and crawled into bed next to her, once again bringing her close to his chest. He must have been tired because he fell asleep almost instantly.
