Playing Doctor Ch. 2

As Amanda laid down on the couch per instructed, she was surprised to feel butterflies fluttering around in her stomach. She had never thought of her brother sexually before today and now he was about to take control. How far would he take it? Should she put a stop to it now before it got out of hand? The modest side of her screamed to get up, go to her room, and forget anything had happened. Doing naughty things with your brother was wrong after all. Unfortunately, her rational brain wasn’t in control at that moment, so her mouth stayed shut and her body remained stationary.

Well stationary wasn’t exactly the right word – she was squirming around non-stop actually. But for now, she would just wait and see what happened next.

As he hovered over his sister’s prone body, daren’s initial desire was to play with the boobs that had been tormenting him all morning. His hands almost did it instinctively, but he stopped himself. He wasn’t really sure what to do, but he knew that what Amanda just did to him was incredible and she has saved the best for last, so he’d just copy her.

“Patient. I will start my search now. Please sit still.”

“Yes Doctor.” Amanda grinned and tried to stop wriggling.

As gently as he could, he started at her forehead. Little fingers probed, then slid down the sides of her face. They had massaged each other before and she liked to have her head rubbed, so he began doing little circles on her temples. Amanda cooed in response, loving his touch. Reassured that this was the correct sequence to follow, Daren let his hands rise up to her scalp transitioning into a proper head massage.

Amanda closed her eyes and sighed as her body relaxed. Her wiggling ceased, but the warmth in her loins lingered. Her mind dwelt on the image of him shooting his white stuff all over the place. It was the craziest thing she had ever seen and it has been her that had caused it! No matter what happened now, things would never be the same between them. She was slightly worried that maybe she had made a mistake, but quickly dismissed the notion.

‘Whats done is done, besides, this is cute little Daren! We’ve done everything together, why not sexy things too? I love him for god’s sake .. I need to stop worrying so much and just enjoy these little moments while I can.’ Done. Decided. And just as Daren was finishing up.

Once Daren has been up and down her scalp eight or ten times, he let hands travel down her face, lightly tracing the lines of her eye brows, nose and mouth. Right as his hands were leaving her delicate lips, she kissed the tips of his fingers. Her eyes remained closed, but a proud, playful smirk emerged as if saying, ‘Ha, I got you.’

Instantly, a spark flared in the boy reigniting his arousal. Daren used the plan to steel himself, fighting back the desire to unwrap his new toy. Retrieving the discarded chicken pox ointment, he dispensed a large glob into his palms, rubbed his hands together then collected his sister’s left hand. Time seemed to slow as he began to massage every digit one by one as thoroughly as he could. Satisfied with his progress and the cute noises she was making, he did her palm, wrist, arm and shoulder before the nightgown got in the way.

Amanda’s nipples still tented the garment, making him wonder if it was safe to ask her to disrobe. Words caught in his throat however and in the end, he chickened out. His hands busied themselves, biding time to rebuild courage, by moving on to the next shoulder and working their way down her right arm. While leaning over to reach her elbow, he accidentally poked her in the hip. Daren quickly pulled his hips back to halt the assault, but the damage was done. The corner’s of Amanda’s mouth lifted forming a smile, but otherwise, she ignored the indiscretion.

This time, when he touched her elbow, she lifted her arm to give him better access. He kept the pace slow and methodical like she had done with him, but decided to get all her fingers at once by interlacing them with his own. Before he could rub them however, her fingers tightened around his to hold his hand. Her eyes opened and he lost himself in their dark blue depths. Her smile, warmth, and handheld embrace caused him to abandon his insecurity, lean down, and seize his first ever on-the-lips-kiss.

Amanda saw it coming and readied herself. It was her first kiss as well, but she had practiced a bit with her hand. That said, nothing could truly prepare her for the real thing. It was a little awkward at first, for both of them. His lips were a little too clenched and met hers lip for lip. Eventually, he relaxed and she was able to secure his lower lip between her own. Just as it was beginning to feel correct, he pulled back, looking frightened.

“Sorry” he whispered.

She propped herself up to get a better look at him. “You don’t need to be sorry. I wanted you to kiss me.”

The worry seemed to fall from his face, returning him to the adorable happy boy she knew him to be.

“Can I try again?”

Amanda melted to his innocent question, nodded, leaned forward and closed her eyes. This time when their lips met, there was much less awkwardness. Daren once again copied his sister, taking her bottom lip for his own while she held his upper. Slowly, he released her, letting the suction make a satisfying smack, then dove right back in for another and then another. On the forth go, just as he was completing the cycle, she licked his upper lip. Enamored, he mimicked the action, letting his tongue taste and feel the texture of her supple lips. He pulled back to see her reaction. Her smile was a mile wide and when her eyes opened, they appeared to be hazy.

She stared to tell him ‘you’re pretty good at that’ but only got as far as ‘you’re pret-‘ before he was coming back in for more. She couldn’t help but laugh at the silliness of the interruption. It was contagious, and soon he was laughing while his lips were touching hers. They pulled away from each other as their giggling became unmanageable.

“Hey, stop laughing!” Daren managed in between his own barely controlled laughter, a grin betraying the seriousness of his words.

“I can’t!” Amanda was nearly doubled over at this point, control completely lost.

“Well then, I’ll give you something to laugh about!” Daren went right for her weak spot, wiggling his fingers into her sides. Amanda bounded into the air with a hip trust in a valiant attempt to escape his tickling. He kept with her though so she had to use her hands to cover her sides. Undiscouraged, he went for her next weak spot, sliding his finger tips up the soles of her feet.

Reflexively, Amanda attempted to pull in her feet, but he proved those muscles of his weren’t just for show. The couch groaned under the weight of the wrestling siblings. Daren soon won by capturing her ankle and tickling the trapped foot mercilessly. Desperate for reprieve, Amanda pulled with all her might, but he was just too strong. “Please! Daren please! Please stop! I’ll do anything! Daren!”

Satisfied with his teasing, he ceased the motion of his fingers, but kept firm hold of her foot. Finding the tube of lotion close to where it was abandoned, he applied about half of what was left on her toes and continued the massage. Some latent giggles escaped from his sister, but eventually she began calmed to his touch. He went as far as her knee before switching to the other foot.

“I’m going to start calling you Sour Patch.” Amanda chuckled at him.

“Huh? Why?” Never pausing in his task.

“Because first you’re sour, and then you’re sweet”

“You got that from the commercial..”

“Yeah I did” Amanda beamed at her brother, “But it’s still true though. You’re being very sweet to me.”

“Can’t help it. Cuz you know .. Cuz I love you.” Daren began blushing at his own admission.

“Awwh .. Brother!” She legit had tears forming in her eyes. “..I love you too.”

They both turned a little red getting lost in the wilderness of emotions they were feeling for each other. Daren had to look away so he wouldn’t mess up the moment, deciding to just demonstrate his affections by refocusing on the never ending legs before him.

Amanda just floated on her little cloud enjoying the firm but soft caress of her caring sibling. As his fingers traveled up her thigh, the warmth that had been ebbing within her for the last thirty minutes began to heat back up. He got about three inches away from her groin before switching to the other leg. She could feel the hem of her gown around her hips and knew the bottom of her panties were exposed. The exhibition added fuel to the embers smoldering within her. By the time his hands had traveled an equal length up the other leg, her breath was labored from anticipation.

Daren’s hands did well to rub and massage every bit of exposed skin, but he never let them touch the undergarment that protected her chastity. Conforming to the folds of skin beneath like a glove, the cloth left very little to the imagination.

He wondered what she tasted like down there, deciding he would find out if ever given the chance. For now he focused on what his hands were feeling and what they weren’t. When his fingers touched the underside of her breasts, Amanda moaned aloud. Truly, it caught Daren a little off guard. The night gown still covered most of her, so he hadn’t realized how close he was, but it was her reaction to his touch that surprised him the most. Inspired by her rapture, the boy became brave. Finally, after a whole morning of teasing, he apprehended his tormentors.

Palming both globes, Daren began to knead them as once. The tips pierced his hands, so he got revenge by catching them between his fingertips.

Amanda gasped, “Dare..” As her eyes fluttered open. He held firm, but stopped moving to gauge her comfort. She bit her lip, but didn’t ask him to stop, so he began to roll her nipples around between his fingers. Throwing her head back with a whimper, she resolved to let her brother have his way with her.

Daren couldn’t get enough of her reaction. He tried different levels of pressure and torque before finding the sweet spot that made her purr. Feeling his presence, Amanda grabbed his hand and placed it where hers had been, mimicking the motion for him to follow.

He caught on quick, only needing a slight nudge to increase the force to what she desired. She spread her legs a fraction to give him a little more room to work with, then pushed her groin up into his hand. She was so close and craved release. Right when she was on the brink, he devastated her by removing his hand.

She wanted to scream at him, but managed to bring it down to a whine. “Dare! Why did you stop?!”

“I want to see you.” He stated with a low voice clutching at the waist of her undies. She raised her hips so he could remove them, then spread her legs again so he could see all of her. With the last stitch of clothing removed, Daren got his first ever look at a real live naked girl. She was dilated, the soft pink center open and ready for examination. When he didn’t return immediately to the task at hand, she impatiently made to complete the mission herself. He snatched the elusive hand before it could touch what she desperately needed touched, causing an audible groan of frustration.

Their eyes met and she mouthed the word ‘please’ as he made a request. “Can I kiss it?”

Amanda thought back to what a friend had told her about it felling good to have a tongue down there. At this point, she would agree to anything as long as it would relieve the itch in her pelvis, so she nodded, keeping her eyes open to witness his exploration.

Daren wet his own lips before kissing hers. Unlike their previous make out session, he had to do his own experimentation. Amanda had mewed at the initial kiss, but had since stopped responding. He remembered how it felt when she licked his lip the first time and decided to try that. Amanda responded. She yelped and bucked as if bitten by a snake causing him to look up to make sure wasn’t hurt.

“Oh god Dare, do that again.” Her eyes sparkled and she bit her lip in preparation.

Reassured, Daren licked her again, wide and slow from bottom to top. Legs wrapped around his head so he couldn’t escape. He licked at her a few more times and noted that she seemed to jump whenever he got to the hard pointy bit at the top. Focusing there in short little laps, he knew he was on to something.

Amanda started squirming uncontrollably. “Holy .. Shit. Daren don’t you dare stop. Christ!”

He couldn’t if he wanted to since she had his head properly fastened to her slit, but he was loving it. The affirmations from his sister were so unworldly, he couldn’t remember her ever cussing like that before, and the taste. Oh man, she tasted sweeter than his favorite candy and it was flowing nonstop for his enjoyment. Before he could really get into it however, she started bucking harder than he could manage.

Right as he was able to latch back on, she raised her hips as high as she could and froze, her hands tangled in his hair to hold him in place while he licked and licked as quick as he could. Her whole body convulsed violently, her legs began to quiver from strain and her face was a statue of a silent scream. Finally, every muscle gave up, causing her to go limp and fall to the couch with a thud. Limbs slid from his shoulders as she fell, but he followed her down to continue spelunking.

“Stop Dare, I’m too sensitive.” Pushing him away. Then she added “Please” to let him know that it wasn’t a rebuke. To prove that it was anything but, after a few breaths she continued, “You are a god with that tongue little man.” Bathing in warmth as it radiated out from her center, Amanda felt more relaxed and fulfilled than ever before.

Daren wore the compliment like a badge of honor. Ever since she had made him shoot his stuff all over the place, he had wanted to return the favor. Now it seemed he had. He licked his lips to savor the flavor and felt a ping of regret that the meal was over. He saw that she was still wet all over though, so decided to push his luck.

Starting with her thighs, he cleaned his way up each crease of her pelvis. When she didn’t stop him, he took a chance and licked at the patch of skin between her holes. She twitched and giggled, but let him continue to explore. Licking a little higher, Daren found the sweet spot and instead of objecting, Amanda cooed with gratitude. Hands gripped the sides of his face forcing him to look up at her. She was smiling down at him from between two peaks. His own hands reached up to fondle her and the expression shifted from loving to passionate. He let his tongue roam free, ready to stop if requested, but she seemed to relish the moment with a sigh as her head fall back to the cushion.

Happy to be back in action, Daren took long, slow, deliberate swipes, his tongue enveloping as much of her as possible. Within a minute, her breathing became shallow, letting him know she was close again. Neither had any intention of halting the process as her train began to pick up speed. Once it had left the station and she was making the same cute, energetic noises as before, Daren probed her with his index finger to see how it felt inside when she froze. The affect was immediate. She gripped the intruding digit like a vice as her whole body heaved.

“Hisss … God!” was all she could manage in response to her first ever penetration. She hadn’t even tried that on herself yet, hearing from somewhere that it hurt to have something hard inside there, but that was obviously a lie. Though his finger was still small, the pleasure was on another level. She knew she would have to try something a little bigger later on.

Once the spasms had passed and she was once again in control of her body, he began to remove his finger. She gripped down to hold it in place but he persisted and it got away from her. Amanda frowned at the sudden emptiness, but all was forgiven when she saw him suck his finger clean. ‘He just wants to taste what his tongue can’t reach I guess.’

Daren once again began his cleanup ritual and Amanda had to stop him from going in for thirds. “You’re going to spoil your dinner you keep that up.” She chuckled at him with a giddy feeling in her stomach.

Without missing a beat, Daren replied “Do you think I could live off this? It’s worth a try I think.” and dove in, managing to get off two good swaths before she managed to get him by the ears in a futile attempting to still him. She barely suppressed laughter as he persisted against the confinement. She had to physically get up to deny him properly and when he smiled that devious yet adorable little smile, she couldn’t help but pull him close for another kiss.

Each of his limbs wrapped around her as he sat on her lap. Deciding it wasn’t her favorite thing ever, she tasted herself on his lips, but didn’t pull away. What felt to her like a sausage squished between them, began to twitch, causing that emptiness from earlier to ping with yearning. Knowing she couldn’t have him where she really wanted him, she went with the next best thing.

Amanda dragged her nails down the boy’s back inducing a shiver, all the way down until she had encased his buns in her hands. They were firm and tight and wonderful, but she let one hand wander to the delicate patch of skin between them. The tender touch forced Daren to break the kiss as his eyes bugged out from pleasure. He was putty in her hands and she loved it, but she wanted more.

Grabbing him by the glutes once more, she lifted him up until he took his on own weight by standing on either side of her. A gooey drop of venom connected her stomach to his wild cobra and she looked it in the eye. Without warning or permission, she leaned forward and took him into her mouth.

Every muscle in Daren’s body tensed as his sister enveloped him. Her head wasn’t moving, but he could feel her tongue as it surveyed every crease and crevice of the new landscape. The heat and suction was like nothing he had ever imagined before and when her curious eyes look up at him, he knew instantly that this is what life was to be lived for.

He tried to push himself further into her mouth, but she gripped him by the base to prevent further entry. With hand and mouth working together, he started trembling and making sharp noises, not long for this world. Remembering what she learned from the conclusion of chicken pox treatment, Amanda maintained firm pressure with an up and down motion at a steady rhythm. Within seconds, he fell off the cliff.

Grabbing her head to cease the bobbing, Daren pushed himself in as far as her fist would allow. With them locked together as they were, Amanda worked with the only devices she had left to her. Twirling her tongue around the invader, she hummed her little puzzle song while one hand squeezed rhythmically and the other tickled his coin purse. This only seemed to enhance the sensations as he tensed in ecstasy, unleashing his first load at the back of her throat.

He could feel the suction change as she swallowed everything he fed her. Once he regained control of his extremities, he grabbed her by the hair and pulled to escape the intense vacuum. Free and exhausted, he fell to his knees before rocking back into a sitting position on her lap. Mind blank, completely lost for words, he just slid forward to give her the biggest, tightest hug he could manage.

Amanda hugged him back and chuckled, “Oh, you liked that huh?” He redoubled his embrace to show his enthusiasm and she replied by pretending as if he was suffocating her. He eased up slightly, but didn’t seem to be letting go anytime soon. Her playfulness dissolved as love and affection diffused between them. Bringing her face close, Amanda caused him another chill by tickling his ear with a whisper, “You taste really good too…”

They held each other for over five minutes, neither one wanting the moment to end. Amanda had to start losing feeling in her legs before she conceded to release him. He let go of her as well, though didn’t seem too thrilled about it, and got up off her lap so she could stand up. Once on her feet, she stretched from side to side, smirking at his lusty expression while staring at her. His little guy was rising again from half mast to nearly ready to go.

“Jesus Dare, you never quit huh?” He nodded greedily causing her to laugh aloud. Their mood was ruined however with the sudden ‘kreeen’ sound from the garage door opening.

“Oh shit!” They both said in unison. ‘Dad? Its only noon!’ Amanda picked up her lose clothing while Daren pulled his pajamas back on. “You stay here and distract him while I get cleaned up.” A head popped up through Daren’s shirt to nod at her, while she made one more quick check of the state of the living room. Spotting her brother’s underwear just under the couch, she collected it, then high tailed up the stairs as quietly as she could. Daren sat on the ground at the puzzle just as the door from the garage to the kitchen swung open.

“Hey scooter, hows the epidermis?”

“Itchy.”

John came into the living room to greet his son, but his eyes caught the puzzle instead. “What on earth .. Where did you find this?”

Daren looked from the two pieces he was pretending to fit together, up to his fathers face, then back down to where the eyes were looking. The naked lady on the horse seemed to be mocking him with her half smile. “Uh .. it was in a box in the garage.”

Father sat on the couch where his children had just been fornicating and leaned forward to consider his son. “Are you interested in that woman there at all?” His tone was curious and supportive, not accusing or judgmental.

Daren just shrugged. “I donno.”

John waited a moment to see if his child would elaborate, then continued, “Well. If you ever have any questions about .. Girls .. Or .. Your body .. Or .. Anything. Just ask. I might even be able to get you a magazine if you want to see more women like her.” gesturing again to the puzzle.

Daren was very red and getting more uncomfortable by the second. John picked up on this and got up to leave his son in peace, but Daren remembered his obligation right as his father took a step up the stairs.

“Dad!”

Surprised, John stopped. “Yes son?”

“Thanks. I uh .. Wouldn’t mind if you got me a .. A magazine .. Or something. That would be really cool of you.” Daren lost eye contact half way through and ended up staring down at his own feet.

John marveled at his son’s bravery and stated plainly, “Sure son. And we can talk again whenever you feel up to it.” Content with the conclusion, he continued up the stairs to check on his daughter.

Daren didn’t know if it was enough, but damn it, he tried. Once his father was gone, he got up to double check the living room for any more evidence and was glad he did. There was a blotch of milky liquid on the carpet over by the love seat. He wiped it as best he could with the sleeve of his pajamas, but that only seemed to make it more visible. Wetting a towel from the kitchen, he set to work scrubbing away yet another one of his messes from that morning. ‘Being a boy sucks’

Upstairs, father knocked on daughter’s door, then opened it to find his most precious creation wrapped up in a cocoon of blankets. “Hey there, hows my baby girl?” When she didn’t seem to wake, he approached her and sat on the edge of the bed. He placed his hand on her forehead and found it clammy with sweat. She opened two groggy eyes and looked up at him. In his mind, she was the most adorable thing in the world and he felt himself melt. “There she is. How are you feeling baby?”

“Better daddy.” and she did sound a little better. Her voice had its honey back he thought, that’s good.

“I’m glad sweetie. You keep resting today though OK? Let me go get you some more medicine. Are you hungry at all?”

Amanda nodded enthusiastically.

John laughed at her cuteness and let her know he’d bring her a sandwich as well.

As he came down the stairs, John noticed Daren scrubbing the carpet and sighed, “Daren Scott Juniper, What did you spill?”

Daren looked up in fear and stated a little too quickly, “Nothing”

John didn’t believe him of course, “I told you not to have anything except water in the living room”

“I know dad, it was water, I swear.”

John didn’t push the issue, giving his son the benefit of the doubt for now and instead focused on preparing his daughter’s lunch. Later, when he inspected the living room and found no stain, he felt bad for having accused his son. It turned out both of his children were turning into proper, responsible, young adults and that truth filled him with pride.

The rest of the night was uneventful and all three Junipers went to bed around Ten.

Much later, Daren woke up from a restless sleep and felt a longing to be near his sister again. It wasn’t an entirely sexual longing, though his little fella did began to inflate at the thought, he genuinely just wanted to be close to her. It wasn’t a completely novel idea either, for he had at various times in the past, sneaked into her room to cuddle with her, especially when he had a bad dream or felt that spooky presence from the closet. He supposed he’d add restlessness to the list of appropriate reasons and got out of bed. Being as stealthy as he could, Daren left his room, crept down the hall, and slowly unsealed the gateway to his sister’s realm.

The gentle hum of the ceiling fan was the only noise in the room and he could just make out Amanda’s outline defined by the sheets of her bed. As silent as a mouse, he closed the door and crawled in next to his most favorite person in the whole wide world. She didn’t seem to stir as his face pressed against her back and his arm wrapped around to pull her close. He could feel the soft weight of her breasts as their undersides conformed to his presence. The fresh scent of lavender, combined with an aroma that belonged to her and her alone, had an affect on the boy that no words in his head could properly describe.

Liberated from the night’s desolate loneliness, Daren finally found his solace as his mind drifted off sleep. There was no where on Earth he would rather be.
